Nanny Wanted - Part Time (Or Split Shift Ft) Nanny For Two Young Kids M–F Morning And/Or Afternoon

We’re a family in the Glebe looking for someone warm, capable and proactive to take ownership of our weekday morning and/or afternoon routines. We have two children, a 3-year-old and a 9 month old baby. This is a consistent Monday–Friday position, including PA days and other weekdays when daycare is closed. We’re open to one person covering both shifts or two different people. Morning shift: approximately 6:30–10:...am, Monday–Friday We’re looking for someone who can come in and take the lead on our morning routine: helping get the kids dressed and ready for the day, preparing and cleaning up breakfast, packing what they need for daycare, and keeping the morning moving smoothly. Daycare drop-off will be part of the role as needed, depending on our family’s schedule. Daycare is about a 30-minute walk from our home, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing the trip year-round. Once the kids are off to daycare, the remaining time would be used to reset things for the day: laundry, tidying the kitchen and main living areas, putting away kids’ things, and some simple food prep. Afternoon shift: approximately 3:00–8:00pm, Monday–Friday In the afternoon, we’re looking for someone who can take the lead on the after-daycare and evening routine. Daycare pickup will be part of the role as needed, followed by engaging with the kids, preparing and serving dinner, keeping things tidy as the evening progresses, laundry, and managing the kids’ evening and bedtime routine. On PA days, daycare closures and other weekdays the children are home, we’re looking for someone who can still work and take care of the kids during their regular hours.
