Shift: Straight Days, Monday–Friday Schedule Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM We are currently hiring a Mechanical Assembler – Manufacturing & Metal Finishing for a clean, modern precision manufacturing facility in Woodbridge. This is a hands-on manufacturing position working with machined metal components. You will support production with deburring, part finishing and cleaning, basic assembly, packaging, material handling, and general shop support. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing, assembly, metal fabrication, machine shop, or production experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants the opportunity to learn and grow. What You'll Be Doing

• Deburr machined metal components and remove sharp edges or excess material
• Clean and prepare finished parts
• Perform basic mechanical assembly
• Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
• Inspect parts for quality and workmanship
• Perform part marking and basic finishing work
• Pack completed parts for shipment
• Move and organize materials throughout the production area
• Assist with inventory counts and production supplies
• Support shipping and receiving when required
• Assist different production departments based on daily requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, machine shop, metal fabrication, or similar industrial environment
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Experience with deburring, grinding, polishing, finishing, or metal components is a strong asset
• Mechanical assembly experience is an asset
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measuring tools is an asset
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and willing to assist wherever needed within production
• Forklift experience is an asset
