Role Description

QuadReal Property Group seeks a Development Accounting Analyst to manage accounting and financial reporting for its domestic development projects. The role requires proficiency in accounting software and strong collaboration with development teams to ensure accurate financial management and reporting.

The Development Accounting Analyst will support operational reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial statement preparation, and internal controls related to development activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial information for management.

Responsibilities

• Support operational reporting including forecasting, cash management, fees, etc.
• Support monthly forecasting & proforma process
• Support annual budgeting process.
• Support financial working paper files and financial statement reporting
• Support operational and financial dashboard reporting
• Prepare project working papers files including supporting variance analysis
• Assist in updating and maintaining the Development Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual.
• Assist in the design and implementation of internal controls related to development activity.
• Backfill and support where require within the Development Accounting team
• Provide accurate and timely financial information as required internally and externally by management and other departments
• Complete all job functions accurately, efficiently, and by the assigned deadlines.
• Utilize and develop skills such as problem solving, decision making, management, effective communication, and delegation to achieve the desired results.
• Support members of their team, including coworkers and managers, by taking full responsibility for their own work.
• Add value by providing accurate and timely financial information that helps the development team better manage projects and budgets, make timely decisions, provide meaningful financial reports, and monitor cash flows.

Experience and Qualifications

Salary and Benefits

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000.

The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
