Senior Project Manager
Botsford Associates is growing its Risk Management practice and as such is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to our team.
In this role you will support an array of programs spanning across Credit, Counterparty and Liquidity Risk based initiatives;
this will include migrations, vendor solution implementations and new product onboarding into the calculation / modelling engines.
Initial Programs in Scope : Potential Future Exposure Program - working on a new Monte-Carlo Calculator and onboarding new models and products (FX, IR and Equities up next)XVA Program - New products to be onboarded and XVA modelling of the products (Equities up next)Required Skills : Previous experience managing a Risk Management program within a Capital Markets environment;
preference for individuals who have done a platform migration within the Credit, CCR or Liquidity RealmDeep expertise in setting up project governance, project plans, maintain project milestones and ensuring timelines are met within budgetExperience working closely with business, tech, trading and quant teams as well as vendorsMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsNice to Have : Previous experience working on a PFE or XVA related system / program
