The Opportunity

Build the Future With Us - This is your chance to shape the financial story behind transformative Transportation & Infrastructure programs. In this role, you'll partner closely with operational leaders, influence decisions at scale, and help drive the performance of complex, high-impact projects across Canada.

Your Impact

• Monitor and challenge monthly Transportation & Infrastructure financial performance, providing timely analysis and recommendations that drive corrective action.
• Lead and actively participate in project reviews, ensuring robust financial support for EACs and guiding mitigation strategies that influence project success.
• Partner with operational teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting current and future business performance.
• Manage Work in Progress and Accounts Receivable, partnering with billing and collections teams and project managers to optimize DSO and support collection efforts.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and IFRS standards across assigned portfolios.
• Provide leadership to a team of project accountants and foster a culture of development, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and refine financial performance metrics and reporting tools that enable better decision-making.
• Standardize, streamline, and enhance business processes for improved financial efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits and contribute to joint venture accounting and financial statement reviews.
