• Minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry overseeing personal lines accounts.
• RIBO licensed required.
• Understanding of company underwriting and industry guidelines.

Overview:

• Provide exemplary customer service for personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Address inquiries from junior team members, offering guidance and support as necessary.
• Manage the issuance and renewal of insurance documents, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor client claims, respond to telephone inquiries promptly, and collaborate on remarketing strategies as needed.
