This is not a normal cleaning job. I'm Rita King, owner and founder of Family Time Concierge. For the past four years, our team in Calgary has been helping busy families get their evenings and weekends back. Now we're bringing that same support to Barrie, and I'm looking for the people who will build it with me from the ground up. We are hiring an Area Lead to take charge of our Barrie team, along with Family Concierges to join our founding crew. What you'll do You'll help busy households calm the chaos by taking care of laundry, food prep, organizing, tidying, errands and more. The goal isn't a spotless showroom. It's a family that walks in the door at 5:30 and can actually breathe. Hours fall Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with flexibility built in for school drop-offs and pickups. We believe the people who care for families should get to show up for their own. Why this is different You'll be one of the first faces of FTC in Barrie, so your ideas and your standards will shape what this team becomes You'll work with the same families regularly and get to know them, rather than rushing through a checklist I'll be supporting the Barrie team both in person and virtually, so you won't be figuring it out alone About the Area Lead role This is a leadership position for someone who wants to grow something. You'll train and support concierges, keep quality consistent, and be the go-to person for the Barrie area. You must have at least one year of experience leading a team in homes. You must: Have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle Be able to pass a criminal record and vulnerable sector check Be legally eligible to work in Canada Be available a minimum of 30 hours per week Have strong time management skills, work well independently, and notice the small details Genuinely love providing exceptional service to families How to apply We'll share an application link.
