WHAT YOU'LL DO
Join our leadership team as a Regional Operations Manager, where you'll provide strategic leadership and operational direction for our Parts and Service teams. You'll work closely with dealership leaders to drive profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development across multiple locations.
No two days are the same, but here's what you can expect:
- Lead and support Parts and Service teams across your regionEstablish operational goals, expectations, and performance standardsDevelop and execute annual business, sales, and capital plansMonitor financial performance, KPIs, and dealership benchmarksCollaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for growth and profitabilityDevelop pricing and inventory strategies to support business objectivesChampion exceptional customer service and continuous improvement initiativesFoster strong communication and teamwork across departments and locationsSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and leadership developmentProvide coaching, feedback, and performance management for departmental leadersPartner with People & Culture on employee relations and workforce planningPromote and maintain a strong culture of workplace safetyPresent results, progress, and strategic plans to senior leadership and executive teams
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a senior operational management rolePost-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredStrong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial resultsProven experience leading multiple teams and departmentsStrong strategic planning and business development skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilitiesExperience developing and achieving operational and financial objectivesAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including ExcelAbility to build relationships with employees, suppliers, and industry partnersAvailability and willingness to travel regularlyValid class 5 driver's license is requiredCommitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
