  • Create and validate RF and technical Bills of Materials, ensuring consistency with planning specifications, FCDs, SC6 reports, and approved hardware configurations.
  • Review antenna-placement, spacing, height, azimuth, radio, power, and configuration changes.
  • Maintain accurate engineering information in ADM, Remedy, Jira, SharePoint, NetCracker, and other customer systems.
  • Prepare RF closeout packages, as-built documentation, database updates, and final acceptance evidence.
  • Review deliverables produced by internal teams and engineering partners and resolve customer comments, defects, and design inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Real Estate, Site Acquisition, Civil, Equipment Engineering, Transport, Implementation, Field Operations, customers, and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Wireless Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in RF planning, RAN design, wireless engineering, or a related field with Canadian cellular operators
