Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer, you will be a true technical reference and a key partner for the company:

Design, verify, and seal engineering plans for piling, foundations, and retaining structures (such as soldier pile/Berlin walls).

Act as a technical expert to ensure compliance and safety on our construction sites.

Provide advanced technical support to project managers in developing permanent corrective solutions.

Support field operations and after-sales service teams when facing technical challenges.

Supervise and provide technical mentorship to a team of drafters, engineers, and technicians, actively contributing to their training and professional development.

Participate in the development of technical policies and advise leadership during management committee meetings to guide the evolution of the company's practices.

Qualifications
University degree in Civil Engineering (Structural profile) or a related field.

Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)—essential for project compliance and safety.

10 years of relevant experience, with a significant focus on structural design, underpinning, or foundation engineering.

Proven technical proficiency in load calculations and the evaluation of complex plans.

Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to act as a mentor.

Proficiency in French; bilingualism (French-English) is considered a major asset for interacting with a diverse clientele.
