Intermediate Supply Chain Analyst to support Labour, Equipment, and Materials (LEM) and contract

Our energy sector client is seeking a Intermediate Supply Chain Analyst to support Labour, Equipment, and Materials (LEM) and contract onboarding and reporting

Calgary-based office. Candidates will be in-office 5 day/week in downtown Calgary

Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or Contractor Administrator with Oil and Gas experience
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis
• Experience working with multiple systems, large datasets, and complex business processes.
• Experience in Financial reconciliation and investigation of cost, invoice, and purchase order discrepancies

Strong Nice to Have

• Experience using SAP for purchase orders, invoices, reporting, and supply chain transactions
• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
• Knowledge of contractor management and LEM processes
• Experience in energy, industrial, construction, or project-based environments

Responsibilities

• Support contractor and LEM onboarding activities, system setup, and process coordination
• Maintain contractor, supplier, and supply chain records across multiple systems
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in costs, invoices, and purchase order activity
• Review purchase order balances and identify root causes of invoicing and cost variances
• Monitor Power BI dashboards, operational reports, and data sources to identify trends, exceptions, and risks
• Validate supporting documentation for cost accuracy, allocation, and contractual compliance
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, contractors, and suppliers to resolve operational issues
