Job Description
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor (intermediate or senior level) to join our team. Our offices are located in Brossard, near Quartier DIX30.
The successful candidate will work on complex recruitment mandates, particularly within the legal, accounting and executive sectors. You will work with a portfolio of sophisticated clients primarily based in Quebec, with operations across Canada.
The number one priority of the successful candidate will be to serve and support an existing portfolio of sophisticated clients. While business development is not a primary focus of the role, you will also have the opportunity to develop your own client base across the firm’s various areas of expertise.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions within the legal and accounting sectors, both in professional services firms and in-house environments, including administrative roles, executive positions, legal professionals and CPA positions.
Manage all stages of the recruitment cycle: direct approach headhunting, sourcing, virtual or in-person interviews depending on the seniority of the position, presentation of candidates to clients, coordination of client interviews, candidate coaching, support and negotiation of employment offers, as well as post-placement follow-up throughout the guarantee period.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships;
Develop new business relationships to expand the firm’s client portfolio;
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Experience within a recruitment firm will be considered an asset;
Experience recruiting within professional services firms, as well as a strong understanding of Quebec’s legal and accounting sectors, will be considered an asset;
Ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously;
Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate professionally;
We are looking for someone who demonstrates a high level of rigor and takes pride in the quality of their work;
You must be dynamic and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative in your day-to-day work;
Strong priority management and excellent organizational skills;
Intermediate to advanced bilingualism (spoken and written French and English), as we serve a bilingual client base, including mandates outside Quebec;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools;
Ability to work with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
