As our Warehouse Cleaner, you’ll play an important role in keeping our office and warehouse clean, organized, well-maintained, and ready for the day.
You’ll take ownership of established daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines, while also noticing what needs attention and responding when something unexpected comes up.
Your work will extend beyond cleaning.
As part of the warehouse team, you’ll provide general labour support in different departments when needed.
Priorities can change, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, taking direction, and helping wherever the team needs you.
You’ll be a good fit if you take pride in doing a good job, notice the details others might miss, and can be counted on to follow through, whether you’re working independently or alongside the team.
What You’ll Do Keep Our Facilities Clean, Safe, & Ready Maintain the office, warehouse, washrooms, lunchrooms, and other areas to Fraser Direct’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Complete established daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists accurately and on time.
Tackle interior and exterior cleaning tasks, including special or unscheduled requests when needs arise.
Restock supplies so our facilities are always ready for employees and visitors.
Remove garbage, recycling, and corrugated cardboard in accordance with our Quality Assurance standards and procedures.
Operate floor scrubbers, compactors, and other specialized cleaning equipment safely and responsibly.
Store cleaning products and supplies securely and follow all Health & Safety requirements.
Inspect work areas and client inventory, addressing cleanliness concerns before they become bigger problems.
Report leaks, spills, damage, pest activity, and other facility concerns promptly.
Participate in our pest control program by maintaining clean conditions and completing corrective actions as directed.
Support basic maintenance, handy work, and facility improvement projects as required.

Support the Warehouse Team Provide general labour support in different warehouse departments based on business needs and assigned priorities.
Follow instructions from Supervisors and Team Leaders while adjusting your work as priorities change.
Load production lines with small, lightweight products accurately and efficiently.
Replenish lines, assemble kits, and place products according to client specifications.
Apply product stickers and labels carefully and accurately.
Package finished products neatly and according to client requirements.
Inspect and sort products to ensure they meet company and client quality standards.
Build, wrap, and move skids safely for shipment.
Operate RF scanners, pump trucks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
Adapt to different projects and assignments while maintaining productivity and quality.
Uphold company and client procedures, Quality Assurance standards, and Health & Safety practices.
Speak up when you see an unsafe or hazardous condition and make sure it gets to the right person.
What You Bring Bring 1–3 years of commercial or warehouse cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance experience.
Demonstrate a high standard of cleanliness, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Work independently and stay accountable for completing your daily responsibilities.
Prioritize tasks effectively and keep work moving when priorities change.
Follow written and verbal instructions carefully, Ask questions when something is unclear.
Communicate respectfully and work well with people across the warehouse.
Handle occasional unpleasant cleaning tasks with a practical, positive attitude.
Use good judgment to identify problems, take appropriate action, and know when to ask for help.
Maintain accurate cleaning and maintenance records and complete documentation promptly.
Learn new equipment, processes, and warehouse duties as required.
Apply basic math and counting skills where accuracy is important.
Bring a willingness to support different departments and take on a variety of work.
Maintain a strong commitment to Health & Safety, including the safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
Experience That’s an Asset Previous warehouse experience.
Experience using RF scanners or other warehouse technology.
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or service environment.
