Site Material coordinator

Montreal South Shore | Major EPCM Industrial Project | 100% Site-Based

Coordinate the receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of materials and equipment required for a major industrial construction project. This is a 100% site-based role, reporting directly to the Construction Manager. We are looking for a hands-on professional capable of maintaining constant visibility over materials: receipt, location, condition, and availability for contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Ensure materials are properly recorded and tracked in Oracle Unifier and InEight.
• Manage overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) with buyers and expeditors.
• Organize storage areas and coordinate the release of materials to contractors.
• Plan major equipment deliveries according to construction priorities and lifting plans.
• Track rental equipment and contribute to cost control.

Skills and qualifications :

• Experience in material coordination / site logistics on major EPCM industrial projects.
• Experience with InEight and/or Oracle Unifier.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, OS&D, inventory, storage, and distribution processes.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, buyers, and field teams.
• Hands-on, organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented professional.
• Bilingual French and English
