Job Summary: As an assistant manager of our fine dining restaurant, you will be responsible for leading our team and ensuring an unparalleled dining experience for our guests. You will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the daily operations: managing the service team, coordinating reservations, and ensuring efficient table turnover
– Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with our guests
– Coach, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional service
– Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment
– Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
– 2-4 of management role or similar
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
– Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
