Job description

Do you thrive in building markets, creating new opportunities, and influencing customer adoption of emerging technologies? Schneider Electric is seeking a growth-oriented Home Solutions HVAC Channel Specialist to drive expansion across the residential HVAC market and help bring innovative connected home solutions to homeowners across Canada. What will you do? You'll serve as the primary point of contact for HVAC contractors and channel partners across Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Quebec, and Atlantic Canada, driving adoption of Schneider Electric solutions and helping customers grow their businesses through innovative home energy and connected home technologies. Develop and execute long-term channel growth strategies. Expand Schneider Electric's presence within HVAC, smart home, and home energy management segments. Create demand with national and regional HVAC contractors and distribution partners. Promote a broad portfolio of connected living solutions, including energy management, EV charging, electrical infrastructure, and emerging residential technologies. Partner with internal teams to support specification efforts and market adoption. Identify new growth opportunities and help shape commercialization strategies. Build trusted relationships with customers, industry associations, and key decision-makers. Act as a market ambassador for Schneider Electric's connected home vision What qualifications will make you successful? 7+ years of sales experience within HVAC-focused business development, national accounts, channel sales, or direct sales. Proven experience selling into the residential HVAC technology market. Strategic business mindset and commercial acumen. Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders. Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma; Business degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will also be considered. Ability to travel up to 50% across Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Quebec, and Atlantic provinces. English and French fluency Let us learn about you! Apply today.
