Duties
- Manage B2B customer orders in NetSuite, including pricing, availability, delivery dates, and shipment tracking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, shipping and billing issues, RMAs, credits, and product documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and product data, update online portals, and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams.
