Job description
Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end Boundary Apps initiatives including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Candidates must be located in Calgary. Candidates will be in-office 4 days/week in downtown Calgary. 40 hours/week
Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on software or digital applications environments
- Experience in Boundary applications, data integration, and enterprise systems
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps).
- ERP implementation project exposure
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong Nice to Haves:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for Boundary Apps initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support project delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports
- Facilitate project meetings and track project milestones
- Manage change requests across project initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data governance, and security protocols
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts
