Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentWe’re working with a growing local manufacturing company that produces specialized components for highly regulated industries. They’re looking to add a Shipper/Receiver to their team.This is a great opportunity for someone with some warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience who is looking to build their skills in a structured manufacturing environment.What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments
• Check part numbers, quantities, and shipping details for accuracy
• Prepare packing slips and other shipping documents
• Coordinate carrier pickups
• Receive incoming materials and compare them against purchase orders and packing slips
• Check materials for damage, discrepancies, or missing documentation
• Label and organize materials and move them to the appropriate area
• Enter shipping and receiving information into the inventory system
• Help maintain accurate inventory and material traceability
• Assist with cycle counts and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with inventory, purchasing, production, and quality teams

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is an asset
• Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Able to read and verify basic shipping and receiving documents
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with inventory and learning an ERP/inventory system
• Able to safely operate a pallet jack and other material-handling equipment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
