About Our Client
Our Toronto-based start-up client is seeking a professional and motivated Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to roll-up their sleeves and join their team. This position has a mandatory in-office component.
Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for, and not limited to:
- Accounts payable processing - including the coding, processing and payment of the invoices
- Processing of employee expense reports and credit cared reconciliations
- Vendor account reconciliations
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Provide back-up assistance to payroll processing
- Ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications
The successful applicant has at least 3 years of full cycle accounts payable experience. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple priorities is key.
