As Digital Health Delivery Lead you will lead delivery of digital health and remote clinical solutions that improve participant and site experience. You will work across clinical teams, data and technology partners, suppliers and quality colleagues to design, configure and deploy solutions such as telemedicine, electronic consent, electronic clinical outcome assessments and connected devices. Lead design, configuration and deployment of digital health solutions across studies, including telemedicine, eConsent, eCOA and connected devices.
Create and maintain study-level digital health plans, technical specifications and implementation timelines.
Work with cross-functional teams (clinical operations, data, R&D tech, IT, quality) to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage and coordinate third-party vendors to meet scope, budget and timelines.
Identify, escalate and mitigate risks and issues that could affect delivery, quality or participant experience.
Provide technical feasibility assessments and train study teams on digital health capabilities.

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, engineering, health informatics, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical trials, clinical operations or digital health delivery.
Practical experience implementing digital health tools such as eConsent, eCOA, telemedicine or connected devices.
Proven project or programmer management skills, including planning and coordinating multi-stakeholder work.
Strong communicator with experience working across global or cross-functional teams.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :
Advanced degree in life sciences, health informatics, computer science or related field.
Experience working within pharma, CRO or academic research organization on decentralized trials.
Familiarity with clinical quality standards and regulations, including Good Clinical Practice.
Experience managing vendors and contracts for software, device or service delivery.
Hands-on knowledge of digital platform configuration and study integration processes.
Experience translating protocol requirements into digital solution specifications.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 269,250 to PLN 448,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and / or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
