This role provides leadership, motivation and development support to the team. Additionally, the Games Manager is flexible and supportive, stepping in to various positions as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervises and observes pit activity, providing direction to front line employees as required.
- Ensures compliance to gaming standards/regulations and policies/procedures.
- Supervises and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback and development to motivate, engage and drive a high-performing team.
- Promotes and models exceptional customer service.
- Works quickly to resolve customer complaints.
- Completes various tasks to ensure effective operations, including planning for adequate employees’ levels and managing payroll.
- Oversees staff scheduling and management.
- Collaborates with Human Resources to develop recruitment plans based on labour needs, participates in internal and external job candidate selection, including screening, conducting interviews, testing and related activities.
- Monitors and analyzes customer satisfaction scores to gain customer insight.
- Coordinates gaming floor maintenance as well as conducts card, dice and tile reconciliation.
- Manages layout inventory to ensure adequate gaming resource availability.
- Monitors game operations to ensure that house rules are followed, and laws and regulations are adhered to.
What You Bring
- Gaming Experience is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as but not limited to MS Word and Excel.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and proven organizational skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Capacity to manage a team and take over various roles as required.
