Production Associate

Our client, a manufacturing and packaging-focused organization is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations on the night shift. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment—helping keep products moving smoothly from start to finish.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Guelph, ON

Pay Range: $21.34/hr - $22.34/hr

Shift: Days (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) & Nights (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

What's the Job?

• Building packs and preparing materials for production runs
• Lifting pallets and moving product as needed to support workflow
• Stapling boxes and ensuring packaging is properly assembled
• Loading and offloading cardboards into the machine to keep production flowing
• Working Monday through Friday (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI) to meet daily production targets

What's Needed?

• Comfort working on a night shift schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Ability to lift and handle pallets and packaging materials safely
• Willingness to follow standard work instructions and production procedures
• Attention to detail when assembling boxes and preparing packs
• Reliability and readiness to work consistently across the week
• 6" Safety boots are Mandatory
