Your new role

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of an industrial property portfolio.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and general building repairs.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, ensuring properties are operating efficiently and safely.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Respond to tenant requests and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
• Travel between properties within the portfolio using your personal vehicle.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in building operations, property maintenance, or facility management.
• Experience supporting industrial, ormercial properties.
• Strong hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills with a strong tenant-service mindset.
• Professional and polished approach when interacting with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned properties.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
