Part-Time Nanny Wanted — East York 🐾 Hi everyone! We're a family of four (five counting our sweet, goofy black lab) looking for a warm, experienced nanny to join our afternoons. Our kiddos: a 2-year-old girl and a 4.5-year-old boy, both at La Mosaique. 💙🩷 If you came to work for us, we'd see it as a team effort in our children's happiness, development, and safety. We believe in treating anyone who works for us with respect and trust, and we want you to feel supported, with open communication a must. The schedule we have in mind (Mon–Fri, ~15 hrs/week): - 3:00 pm – Pick up from La Mosaique (10 min walk from our home) - Park time / outdoor play until about 4:30 pm - Home for dinner (reheating stuff, nothing fancy!) - Tidy up living room/kitchen together until 6 pm - Mom's home ~5 pm, Dad ~6 pm Occasional extra shifts may come up when we travel for work — we'll always give as much notice as possible, and that would be occasional. Availability for sick days would be a huge bonus, though we know that's rare to find! What we're hoping for: - Several years of experience, ideally with both toddlers and preschoolers (anyone who's managed a 2-and-4 combo knows 😅) - Stellar references - Comfort and ease around big, friendly dogs - A caring, responsible, nurturing person with lots of patience and love This could be a lovely fit for a nanny looking to ease into fewer hours — maybe someone nearing retirement who still loves the work.
