Must Haves
- 8-10 years as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise projects
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Confluence and Jira for documentation and user story management
- Capital Markets
- Investment/Wealth/Bonds experience

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, or related fiel
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
- Gather requirements from business units and translate them for programmers and developers
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for system implementation decisions
- Support highly complex business processes across multiple projects
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and working sessions to elicit user stories
- Document user stories and participate in Agile ceremonies
- Support QA and UAT activities
