is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Corner Brook operation.

This is a key leadership position with responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, including people, customer experience, operational effectiveness, growth, and financial results.

The Branch Manager will work closely with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and Sales team, bringing each area of the business together around common goals and ensuring our customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience across the entire branch.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who understands that strong branch performance comes from engaged employees, strong departmental leadership, exceptional customer relationships, operational discipline, and a consistent focus on results.

You don't necessarily need to come from the heavy truck or equipment industry.
We are interested in proven leaders who know how to lead people, manage a business, build customer relationships, and drive performance.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of Harvey & Company's Corner Brook branch.

A critical part of your role will be working collaboratively with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and Sales team to ensure each department performs well individually while operating together as one branch.

You will:

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the Corner Brook team.

• Work closely with the Service Manager to support service productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, technician development, and overall department performance.

• Partner with the Parts Manager to drive parts sales, inventory performance, availability, customer service, and departmental profitability.

• Work alongside the Sales team to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, grow market share, and ensure customers receive support throughout the ownership experience.

• Bring Sales, Parts, and Service together to identify opportunities to better serve customers and grow the business.

• Create a positive, accountable, and customer-focused workplace culture.

• Establish clear branch expectations and ensure departmental priorities align with overall company objectives.

• Work with department leaders to achieve revenue, gross profit, productivity, expense, and profitability targets.

• Monitor branch financial and operational performance and take action when results are off plan.

• Develop and execute plans to grow Harvey & Company's business throughout Western Newfoundland and Labrador.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

• Ensure customers receive a consistently high level of service across all departments.

• Identify new business opportunities and support the team in converting those opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the local market, competitors, and changing customer needs.

• Work closely with Harvey & Company's senior leadership and functional leaders to execute company priorities.

• Ensure company policies, procedures, systems, and operating standards are consistently followed.

• Support employee performance management, coaching, development, recruitment, and retention.

• Ensure the branch maintains high standards for safety, organization, appearance, and professionalism.

• Champion continuous improvement and look for better ways to serve customers and operate the business.

You will focus on:

People & Leadership – Supporting the Service Manager, Parts Manager, Sales team, and employees in building an engaged, accountable, high-performing branch.

Customers – Strengthening customer relationships and ensuring Harvey & Company is the first call when customers need trucks, equipment, parts, or service.

Collaboration – Breaking down departmental barriers and ensuring Sales, Parts, and Service communicate, share opportunities, and work together to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Growth – Increasing sales and market presence throughout Western Newfoundland and Labrador.

Operations – Ensuring the branch operates efficiently, safely, and consistently.

Financial Performance – Delivering revenue, gross profit, expense, productivity, and profitability targets.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced leader who combines strong business judgment with the ability to lead people, collaborate with department managers, and build lasting customer relationships.

Ideally, you bring:

• 5+ years of progressive management or leadership experience.

• Experience managing a branch, dealership, business unit, department, or comparable operation.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.

• Experience working collaboratively with departmental or functional managers.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Experience managing budgets, revenue, gross profit, expenses, and operational KPIs.

• A track record of improving business performance and achieving results.

• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.

• The ability to understand operational challenges and turn them into action.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• A leadership style that combines accountability with coaching and support.

• Confidence working with senior leadership, department managers, employees, and customers.

Experience in commercial trucks, heavy equipment, automotive dealerships, transportation, construction, industrial distribution, agriculture, or a related industry would be a strong asset but is not required.
