Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentCompensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually + benefitsWe’re looking for an organized and hands-on Inventory Operations Clerk to join a growing manufacturing team in the Halifax area. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials and components are accurately received, organized, tracked, and ready when they’re needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and on track.What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and maintain documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Support inventory management and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Use inventory management and/or MRP systems to track materials and inventory.
• Perform light physical warehouse and material-handling tasks as required, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Safely operate a forklift as required for material movement and warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring processes are followed consistently.
• Check materials for quality and ensure they meet production requirements.
• Work closely with assembly and inventory teams to keep production moving.
• Assist with cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• Highly self-motivated with strong hands-on skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
• Experience working in an electronic product development and manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with inventory management and/or MRP systems is considered an asset.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping processes and documentation is considered an asset.
• Valid forklift certification or previous experience safely operating a forklift in a warehouse environment is considered an asset.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving around for extended periods
• Good manual dexterity for handling small components and materials
