Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced distribution and warehouse environment in Stouffville, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, and material handling.
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Location: Stouffville, ON
Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Job type: Temporary 6-months with possibility of extension | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving
Prepare and verify customer orders and shipments.
Process shipments using FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and internal systems.
Operate packaging and strapping equipment.
Receive incoming materials and supplies.
Prepare cross-dock shipments and maintain accurate shipping documentation.
Warehouse & Inventory
Pick and stage customer orders accurately.
Receive, scan, and store inventory in designated locations.
Replenish picking locations and maintain stock levels.
Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
Process returned goods and support inventory accuracy.
Safety & Quality
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, order picking, or inventory experience is an asset.
Experience with shipping systems and scanners is preferred.
Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move products throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work overtime as required.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
