Since opening our first location in 1992, St. Louis Bar & Grill has been dedicated to creating Devilishly Good times for Canadians. Our journey began with a simple mission: to serve up exceptional wings with the service excellence that Canadians deserve. Fast forward to today, with 80 locations across the country, we’ve kept our commitment of creating a Devilishly Good atmosphere with our famous wings, ribs and Garlic Dill sauce and are on a mission to create a world where everyone is a regular!
What You’ll Do:
As a Server/Bartender at St. Louis Bar & Grill, you affect our guests’ view of our restaurant and our brand every time you interact with them. In order to create regulars, consistency in quality, presentation and service is essential! It is our goal to ensure that guests receive the same high level of hospitality and satisfaction whether it is their first or fifth visit. Conversation and presentation are essential! It is our goal to ensure our guests have their expectations exceeded each and every time they walk through our door!
In this role you will have considerable responsibility in delivering extraordinary hospitality to our guests, ensuring that you are adhering to the “smart alcohol service” policies and food safety guidelines.
