Adecco is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a full-time warehouse opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie forklifts in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate Reach, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie forklifts.
Load, unload, move, and store products throughout the warehouse.
Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
Support inventory replenishment and stock movement activities.
Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to locate and verify inventory.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse functions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid forklift certification for Reach, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie equipment.
Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience.
Previous warehouse, distribution centre, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is considered an asset.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
