Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Parts Manager. The Parts Manager is responsible for the overall success of the parts department, including inventory management, gross profit, wholesale growth and team leadership. They are also responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both retail and internal customers, including our service department and on-site collision centre.
Requirements:
The Parts Manager will also stay current on Stellantis promotional programs and recalls, ensuring the department has the right parts available, with proper priority, to meet our objective of delivering top quality service to our clients.
