Technical Advisor

Tasks

• Manage Equipment Maintenance:
• Plan vehicle returns for inspections according to established schedules and operational needs
• Communicate with operations regarding the current and future status of the fleet
• Plan and maintain the garage’s operational schedule
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare maintenance and service call reports
• Manage External Repairs:
• Plan, coordinate, analyze, and approve repairs performed by suppliers
• Coordinate Roadside Services:
• Handle service calls and repair requests from drivers, valets, and customers
• Plan and monitor roadside service activities
• Analyze repair requests and identify efficient solutions
• Perform any other related duties as required

Job requirements

• DEP (Vocational Diploma) in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or Diesel Mechanics (asset)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position or other relevant experience
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills in both French and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and excellent priority management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Knowledge of AS400 and CommonSense systems (asset)
