Position Overview

We are seeking a senior Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. The successful candidate will bring 6–10 years of Oracle HCM experience, with strong hands-on expertise across Core HR, Compensation, and Workforce Structures.

This is a senior client-facing role requiring a combination of strong Oracle Cloud HCM functional expertise, HR business process knowledge, solution design capabilities, and leadership experience. The HCM Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver large-scale HCM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, and Workforce Structures.
• Lead discovery sessions and business process workshops with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM functional designs and configurations.
• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules in accordance with approved business requirements and solution architecture.
• Provide functional leadership across implementation activities, including data migration, integrations, testing, reporting, security, and deployment.
• Develop and support reporting solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Lead or support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize HR processes using Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities and leading practices.
• Work closely with business, technical, integration, data, and change management teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and mentor functional team members, providing guidance on solution design, configuration, and delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and solution decisions.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption activities associated with HCM transformation.
• Provide leadership and functional expertise across global HCM transformation programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 6–10 years of Oracle HCM experience, including significant hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR
• Compensation
• Workforce Structures
• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience creating and supporting reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and HCM leading practices.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering, design sessions, and solution workshops with business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading functional teams and coordinating activities across multiple workstreams.
• Experience working on large-scale or global HCM transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
• Experience supporting change management, business readiness, and user adoption activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior HR, business, and technology stakeholders.
