Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity in Calgary, AB. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, order entry, dispatch coordination, scheduling, call center operations, logistics support, and service coordination.
Pay Rate: $27.27/hour

Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Order Management
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and provide timely support.
Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
Identify and communicate potential sales or upselling opportunities.
Service Coordination & Dispatch
Log and coordinate service requests, including emergency call-ins.
Schedule service activities and work closely with drivers and operations teams.
Gather and document service details to ensure timely issue resolution.
Assist in determining service priorities and urgency levels.
Technical & Operational Support
Provide basic troubleshooting support related to equipment and service concerns.
Maintain knowledge of equipment, service schedules, delivery cycles, and customer configurations.
Assist coordinators, supervisors, and managers in resolving customer issues.
Reporting & Administrative Support
Monitor call volumes and service trends.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Support cross-functional teams and assist with additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics coordination, or operations support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
