Traction Complete is looking for a dedicated and experienced Information Technology Project Manager (internal title - Agile Delivery Manager) to join our innovative team!

As our Information Technology Project Manager (internal title - Agile Delivery Manager), you will be at the heart of our product development process, playing a pivotal role in how we build and iterate.

You'll champion the Scrum framework, facilitate our development sprints, and foster an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Working closely with our Product Owners/Managers, CPO, UI/UX Designers, QAs, and talented Developers, you will help our teams navigate the complexities of software development, ensuring we remain agile and responsive to the ever-changing needs of our customers.

In this role, you will act as an internal systems consultant and process owner, optimizing our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), training internal teams on Agile methodologies, defining product release roadmaps, and tracking engineering delivery metrics.

This is an individual contributor/functional specialist role focused on delivery governance, process engineering, and technical alignment- not personnel management or corporate budgeting.

• What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) SDLC Policy & Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine operational procedures and Agile delivery frameworks throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) to optimize team throughput and software quality.

Roadmap Alignment & Stakeholder Reporting: Collaborate with Product Managers to translate strategic release roadmaps into executable sprint backlogs; prepare progress reports and facilitate quarterly delivery metric reviews.

Agile Delivery & Ceremony Facilitation: Lead and optimize daily standups, planning cycles, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives and prepare delivery workshops, and align technical sprint schedules with long-term product roadmaps to drive continuous execution across the software development life cycle (SDLC).

System Bottleneck & Blocker Removal: Identify, analyze, and resolve cross-team technical dependencies, operational risks, and workflow bottlenecks to protect release commitments.

Delivery Metrics & Systems Analysis: Collect, evaluate, and report on delivery data (such as velocity, lead time, cycle time, and bug density) to provide actionable insights into process efficiency.

Agile Coaching, Process Engineering & AI Enablement: Provide information systems process guidance and coach cross-functional teams to achieve higher Agile maturity; train software developers, product managers, and cross-departmental teams on standardized Scrum/Kanban practices, Jira administration, and the practical application of AI tools to optimize business workflows.

Stakeholder Alignment & Release Tracking: Act as a key liaison between business requirements and software development execution, maintaining transparent release roadmaps and progress tracking for internal and external stakeholders.

AI Tooling & Delivery Dashboard Development: Utilize Generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to build automated delivery tracking dashboards, refine backlog documentation, and optimize process engineering.

Agile Governance & Continuous Process Improvement: Champion Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles across the organization; promote transparency through visible tracking tools (e.g., sprint boards, burndown charts), empower self-organizing delivery teams, and implement continuous process enhancements based on retrospective feedback and team delivery performance.

• Qualifications, Experience & Skills Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (MBA strongly preferred).

Agile Certifications: Active professional Scrum and Agile certifications required (e.g., Professional Scrum Master - PSM I/II, Professional Scrum Product Owner - PSPO I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master - SAFe SSM).

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in software delivery facilitation, SDLC process engineering, backlog alignment, or Scrum Master / Agile Delivery roles within SaaS or software product environments.

• Technical & Process Expertise: Proven experience in Agile delivery, project management, or Scrum Master roles (3+ years preferred) in a software or product development environment, ideally within a SaaS company Deep understanding of Agile principles, SDLC models, system release processes, and sprint delivery frameworks.

Strong capability in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on technical delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time, cycle time) to drive process optimization.

Demonstrated track record of identifying, analyzing, and resolving system dependencies and technical blockers across cross-functional engineering teams.

Proficiency with workflow, backlog, and issue-tracking platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar systems).

Demonstrated experience utilizing generative AI tools and AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to optimize process documentation, backlog refinement, user story creation, and delivery metrics analysis. Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and training/coaching development teams on Agile practices.
