The Opportunity

Snipp is seeking a sharp, adaptable Project Manager to join our growing team. Snipp is a global loyalty and promotions technology company. We run receipt-validated promotions, rebates, loyalty programs, digital offers, and sweepstakes for many of the world's largest CPG, QSR, retail, and beverage brands and their agencies. You'll own delivery on a portfolio of programs inside accounts we already serve, from sales handoff through launch, reporting, and wrap.

You'll manage the delivery of rebate, promotion, and sweepstakes programs from sales handoff through launch and reporting, working closely with clients, internal teams, and distributed development teams. You'll act as the liaison between Clients, Sales, and Engineering, Creative, and Legal, owning scope, timelines, budget, risk, and communication across each program. You'll report to the Team Lead, Project Management, and join a distributed PM team working across North America, Europe, and India.

What you'll do:

• Own intake and scoping from sales handoff. Turn the signed contract into requirements, milestones, owners, and a delivery plan.
  
• Configure and validate program setup on the Snipp platform: promotion and game mechanics, receipt processing and validation rules, offer and reward logic, and client reporting.
  
• Own the legal and compliance path on every program: official rules, prize structure and fulfillment, privacy and data handling, and client legal review.
  
• Own QA and UAT. Test each program in staging and production before and after launch, run client UAT, log and chase defects.
  
• Surface risk early. Flag slipping dates, stalled dependencies, and clients who have gone quiet before they turn into escalations, and bring a mitigation option with the cost and effort attached.
  
• Manage scope and change requests. Assess impact, quantify cost and effort, and secure written client approval before work starts.
  
• Manage multiple concurrent client programs, own deadlines, and communicate priorities clearly to clients and developers across time zones.
  
• Escalate and help resolve participant-facing issues that require tier-1 support.
  
• Coordinate reward fulfillment, prize vendors, and agency partners, and hold them to the dates they commit to build a deep understanding of each client's brand standards, internal approval workflows, and compliance requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate program tracking and reporting for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Be creative and excited to learn new concepts. This is an evolving field and requires an adaptable and curious mind to excel.
  

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, digital/marketing operations, marketing technology or a client-facing agency role.
  
• 3 to 5 years of project or program management experience, with at least 2 of those years running client-facing programs in promotions, loyalty, shopper marketing, marketing technology, or a digital agency. Direct experience working alongside developers is required.
  
• Excellent client service skills with diplomatic written and verbal communication. You'll be writing directly to enterprise brand and agency stakeholders.
  
• Solid understanding of the full program lifecycle, from intake and requirements through QA, launch, and reporting, including the ability to scope requirements and configure platform features yourself.
  
• Comfort with technical concepts, the confidence to ask engineering the right questions, and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear, client-friendly language.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects, or directly comparable CRM and project management tooling. Working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus for reviewing creative assets, not a requirement.Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills; experience with modern PM tooling a plus.
  
• Proven ability to juggle multiple concurrent, quick-turn projects with shifting priorities.
  
• Flexible schedule; comfortable working with distributed, international teams across time zones, including occasional early calls with our European and Indian teams.
  
• Exposure to promotions and sweepstakes compliance (official rules, prize fulfillment, US and Canadian regulations) is a strong plus.
  
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or CSM is a plus, not a requirement.
  

Location:

• Ideally in Vacouver, BC. The company is distributed nationally and internationally, so the majority of communication occurs electronically.
  
• Core hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm PT, with occasional early or late calls to overlap with the Europe and India teams.
  

Compensation:

• The typical hiring range for this role is C$65,000–C$95,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to our compensation philosophy, internal equity, and comes with a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. Base pay will be determined based on role-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
