Plant Manager - QUEBEC, CANADA
JOB SUMMARY:
High-level managerial position responsible for organizing, directing, controlling, evaluating, and implementing through a functional management team the administrative support and production operations in the manufacture of conveyer belt systems for the mining and tunneling industries to facilitate timely production and safe working conditions.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
·Proficient ability to understand instructions and underlying principles of production operations including mechanical engineering comprehension to reason and make judgments to meet deadlines in a high volume production environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate plant administrative and production operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, quality assurance and safety procedures.
