Job description
Job Title: Receiver / Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Delta, BC (On‑site)
Work Type: Full Time; Temp to Perm
Salary: $24.00 / hour

This Receiver/High Reach Forklift Operator role is ideal for a professional who has experience in a busy warehouse environment, solving problems and enjoy working with a team. What you'll do
- Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Check incoming items against packing slips or purchase orders, note any damaged goods and log data into the warehouse management system
- Safely unload incoming freight at the loading dock
- Operate a high reach forklift to lift, position and retrieve inventory in narrow aisles and high storage racks
- Operate forklift with Clamp and Slipsheet attachments
- Put away stock into designated warehouse locations, move replenishment stock and participate in periodic cycle counts
- Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections, report mechanical issues and keep dock and aisle areas clean and hazard free
What You’ll Bring
- Valid forklift operator license or certification
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience operating a High Reach forklift in a fast-paced warehouse
- Familiarity with RF scanners inventory software and basic shipping and receiving paperwork
- Ability to stand, bend and lift
- Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
