Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Medical & Legal Customer Service Representative for a remote opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, claims support, legal administration, healthcare administration, case management, call center operations, or document review.
Our client is seeking professionals who can confidently interpret medical and legal documentation, provide exceptional customer service, and navigate complex inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Pay Rate: $28.00/hour
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Job type: Temporary 3 months with possibility of extension| Full-time

Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Case Support
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and personalized responses to inquiries.
- Manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow established call flows and service procedures.
Medical & Legal Documentation
- Review and interpret medical diagnoses, legal documents, and supporting records.
- Research customer inquiries using internal systems and resources.
- Apply sound judgment when handling complex cases and requests.
- Ensure information provided to customers is accurate and compliant.
Systems & Administrative Support
- Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
- Document customer interactions accurately and completely.
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Support ongoing process improvements and team objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education or experience in a legal, healthcare, insurance, or related field preferred.
- Experience as a Law Clerk, Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Medical Office Administrator, Nurse Reviewer, Claims Specialist, or Case Coordinator is highly desirable.
- Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to interpret complex medical and legal documentation.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
