Review, analyze and approve//reject documents for completion and accuracy using various system applications
Provide support on account opening related queries by remaining current and informed on existing and new industry regulations and firm policies and procedures
Adhere to processing deadlines within established Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring customer satisfaction and processing efficiency levels are met and maintained
Maintain client account integrity by performing sundry duties as required

Post secondary education
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Effective communication skills to effectively provide detailed information to various departments
The ability to exercise sound judgment in the prioritization of workload
The ability to manage multiple interruptions while maintaining workload
An ability to rapidly respond to inquiries in an intelligent and informed fashion
The ability to manage conflicting priorities, aggressive delivery or problem resolution lead time, and highly valuable, extremely sensitive customer relationships
A reactive and proactive focus on client service, industry regulations and product requirements
