Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist

Our client is seeking dedicated team players to support dynamic, multi-department supply chain operations. This role offers guaranteed full-time hours on a unique continental rotation that delivers extended, multi-day weekends every other week. You will work inside a clean, modern, safety-focused environment alongside a supportive crew.

Shifts: Bi-weekly rotating 10-hour shifts (Day & Night Cohorts available)

Shift 1A (Day Shift):

Week 1: Sunday – Wednesday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours)
Week 2: Sunday – Tuesday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30 hours)

Shift 1B (Day Shift):

Week 1: Thursday – Saturday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30 hours)
Week 2: Wednesday – Saturday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours)

Shift 2A (Night Shift):

Week 1: Sunday – Wednesday 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (40 hours)
Week 2: Sunday – Tuesday 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (30 hours)

Shift 2B (Night Shift):

Week 1: Thursday – Saturday 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (30 hours)
Week 2: Wednesday – Saturday 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (40 hours)

Responsibilities
Rotate across key warehouse departments including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and sorting

Manually load, unload, and maneuver freight skids and cartons

Build, wrap, label, and stage pallets for distribution

Locate and retrieve stock using packing slips and work orders

Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

Qualifications
Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs

Possession of CSA-approved safety shoes (Carbon/Composite toe preferred)

Full availability for 10-hour shifts on a bi-weekly rotating schedule

Ability to pass a standard criminal background check

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset
