Regional Marketing Manager

Location: Kelowna, BC preferred; Edmonton, AB considered
Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Regular travel throughout BC & Alberta

About the Role

Bannister Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to support a portfolio of dealerships across Western Canada. This relationship-focused role works closely with dealership leadership and our internal marketing team to develop effective, dealership-specific marketing strategies.

You’ll get to know each store’s business, customers, inventory, market and goals, then turn those insights into practical marketing plans, campaigns and recommendations.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with General Managers and dealership leadership to understand business priorities and marketing needs.
• Develop dealership-specific marketing plans and campaign recommendations.
• Identify opportunities using performance data, inventory, seasonality, customer behaviour and local market conditions.
• Coordinate campaigns with internal creative, digital, media, web, content and analytics teams.
• Review advertising, website, CRM, lead and campaign performance and recommend next steps.
• Support CRM, email, SMS, retention and customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Assist with OEM programs, co-op requirements, vendors and brand standards.
• Provide clear performance updates and recommendations to dealership and senior leadership.
• Regularly visit dealerships throughout BC and Alberta to build relationships and stay connected to the business.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of automotive marketing experience, ideally within a dealership, dealer group or automotive retail environment.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, inventory, lead generation, fixed operations and OEM programs.
• Experience with digital advertising, websites, CRM, email, SMS, social media and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, including conversion, CPL/CPA, lead quality and ROI.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project-management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, relationship-focused approach with strong business judgement.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout BC and Alberta.
