An established company in the construction sector is looking for a project manager to coordinate building and formwork projects, in close collaboration with site teams and various technical functions.

Your Role

You will monitor projects from their start to cost control and profitability.

• Plan and coordinate the various execution stages of the projects.
  
• Review budgets, schedules, and elements from bids before and during the work.
  
• Participate in transfer and startup meetings with internal teams and clients.
  
• Coordinate necessary information with technical teams, procurement, and other stakeholders related to the project.
  
• Work with the superintendent to validate work methods as well as labor and equipment needs.
  
• Prepare the required documentation for startup and coordinate mobilization to the site.
  
• Support foremen and conduct site visits to monitor work progress.
  
• Evaluate and negotiate contractual changes.
  
• Ensure administrative follow-up of contracts, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.

• DEC in building techniques, bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• Experience in project management in the construction field or in a similar role.
  
• Good understanding of planning, costs, contracts, and site execution.
  
• Leadership, autonomy, and initiative.
  
• Excellent priority management.
  
• Strong adaptability and solution-oriented approach.
