Senior Cost Analyst

Our dynamic and growing client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to join their team. Work Arrangement: In-office in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Focus on costing, including the development of overhead rates.
  
• 
  Analyze and manage financial variances.
  
• 
  Engage in operations-side work related to inventory and project costing.
  
• 
  Provide critical financial insights to support operational decisions.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• CPA designation preferred, but not required.
• 3-5+ years of costing experience required.
• 
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  
• 
  Adaptability to an evolving organizational structure.
  
• 
  Experience in developing overhead rates and analyzing variances.
