Shift: Day Shift & Multiple Positions on Afternoon Shift

• Day: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm & Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Afternoon: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm to 2:00 am & Friday, 3:15 pm to 7:15 pm

Core Responsibilities:

• Set-up and operate CNC turning centers with live tooling.
• Use appropriate tools, fixtures and indicators to set up the machine.
• Load, unload, change and modify programs as required.
• Change and set cutting tools.
• Modify and grind tools as required.
• Adjust feeds and speeds for maximum efficiency.
• Operate the machine with all safety precautions in place.
• Deburr and prepare parts for loading and after unloading.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure dimensions are within tolerance.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience required.
• Certificate, college degree or other training in CNC turning is an asset.
• Fanuc or Haas experience a must.
• Familiarity with Mastercam preferred.
• Previous aerospace experience preferred.
• Previous job shop experience preferred.
