Our mining client is seeking a Lead SAP Training Manager (10+ years) to lead SAP training strategy, delivery, and adoption programs using SAP S4/HANA and ERP business processes
Join a large-scale ERP transformation program focused on implementing a unified SAP platform across enterprise operations. This role leads training strategy, curriculum development, and training delivery initiatives supporting SAP business processes across finance, supply chain management, and asset management. The position partners closely with Organizational Readiness, Change Management, ERP teams, and Systems Integrators to support enterprise-wide adoption and transition activities. Periodic international travel is required based on project needs.

Must Haves
- 10+ years in training, learning, and knowledge management within large-scale programs
- SAP S4/HANA or ERP business processes across finance, supply chain management, and asset management
- Organizational Change Management and driving behaviour change initiatives
- Training strategy, curriculum development, and enterprise training deployment
- Experience within industrial applications; mining industry exposure preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with WalkMe and EnableNow
- Spanish language skills
- International project experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the enterprise SAP training strategy
- Coordinate training plans and curriculum across corporate offices, business functions, and operations
- Partner with Organizational Readiness, Change Management, ERP teams, and Systems Integrators to develop training solutions
- Lead the development and quality assurance of training materials and educational resources
- Manage training resource planning, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
- Define and monitor training performance and effectiveness measures
- Lead and develop the Training team, including resourcing, contractor management, budget, schedule, quality, and delivery
