Job description

Adecco is currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for a remote full-time opportunity in a high-volume hiring environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate screening, onboarding, HR administration, and ATS management.

  • Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Candidate Screening

  • Conduct phone and virtual pre-screen interviews.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, availability, and job fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Support high-volume recruitment and workforce ramp-up projects.

Candidate Administration & Onboarding

  • Collect and review onboarding and background check documentation.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure required paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records.
  • Support onboarding and new hire administration activities.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Update candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
  • Prepare interview schedules and recruitment reports.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Collaboration & Customer Service

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring targets.
  • Deliver exceptional service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Work effectively within a collaborative recruitment team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR administration is an asset.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial roles is considered an asset.
  • Experience using Oracle ATS or other Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
