Software Developer – CRM (Intermediate)

Location: Ontario, Canada – 100% Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding lunch

Contract: April 20, 2026 – March 31, 2027

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Software Developer – CRM with strong Oracle Siebel CRM development, configuration, integration, and testing experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical system specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining applications, conducting unit testing, and troubleshooting technical issues.

The resource will work closely with technical and functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and must be comfortable working in a large team environment under aggressive timelines.

Requirements

Mandatory Technical Skills

1. Siebel Development & CRM – MUST HAVE

• Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is mandatory.
  
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, development, and integration.
  
• 3+ years of development and testing experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.
  
• Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions, with a strong focus on configuration, development, and testing.
  
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools Software.
  
• Experience editing Siebel Web Templates.
  
• Experience using Siebel Open UI-specific classes and methods.
  
• Experience with Siebel Test Automation is considered an asset.
  

2. Web & Report Development – MUST HAVE

• Experience with:
  
• HTML5
  
• Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
  
• jQuery
  
• JavaScript
  
• Experience in OBIEE report development and testing.
  
• Experience in Power BI report development and testing.
  
• Working knowledge of Siebel Open UI concepts, including:

General Software Development Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Translate technical system specifications into working and tested CRM applications.
  
• Develop detailed programming specifications.
  
• Write and/or generate application code.
  
• Compile and maintain data-driven programs.
  
• Design, code, test, debug, and document applications.
  
• Conduct unit testing and support application quality throughout the SDLC.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems arising from software packages and applications.
  
• Participate in application design, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
  
• Apply current application design patterns and structured development methodologies.
  
• Work with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
  
• Use query languages and information retrieval packages.
  
• Work with communications protocols as required.
  
• Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
  
• Elicit and document information from diverse business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  
• Contribute to technical discussions, design walkthroughs, and solution development.
  
• Provide post-implementation technical support and resolve production issues.
  
• Prepare user and system documentation as required.
  

CRM Architecture & Development
