Document Imaging Associate - Regina

Randstad is currently seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and detail-oriented Imaging Specialist for a critical document imaging project located in the vibrant city of Regina. We are actively looking for an Imaging Specialist who excels in a fast-paced environment and is ready to commit to a temporary, approximately 6-month assignment. You will be playing a vital role in data capture, document preparation, indexing, and the operation of professional scanning equipment. As an Imaging Specialist, you will be the backbone of a major digital transformation project, handling a diverse range of document management tasks. Your daily routine will involve converting physical files into secure digital formats, ensuring that critical client records are accurately preserved and easily accessible.

The successful candidate will be required to provide two references and complete a criminal background. The dress code will require this candidate to wear steel toed shoes.

Responsibilities
• Perform one or more imaging and document conversion functions, such as document preparation and reassembly, basic indexing, sorting, inventory capture and validation, and operation of scanning equipment, in accordance with specific client requirements.
• Identify image errors during quality control, determine root causes, and report issues to supervisors or team leaders as needed.
• Perform manual data entry using a computer to validate and verify required fields.
• Reassemble documents to their original condition when required.
• Prepare scanned products for delivery, ensuring all associated documentation is complete.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of scanning equipment, including troubleshooting as necessary.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and carts as needed to transport boxes and documents.

Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with supervisors and colleagues.
• Basic proficiency in using personal computers, data entry interfaces, and related office software.
• Ability to maintain the original order and strict sequence of all processed records.
• High attention to detail and unwavering accuracy in all administrative tasks.
• Ability to work at a consistent pace to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Physically capable of lifting boxes with paperwork weighing up to 50lbs
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods throughout the standard workday.
• Routine pushing and pulling of heavy document boxes, file carts, and pallet jacks.
• Must have own transportation, area is not transit accessible.
